Day 4 Juice Recipe

Today started off with coffee and a banana. Something I forgot to mention is between drinking water and morning coffee we are very big tea fans. I would recommend brewing loose leaf tea at home if you are bored with water lol. Tea has so many health benefits and there are so many flavors to try. We have an iced tea maker which brews loose leaf. Cold or hot this is something good to add in! Today We did a Garden Green Juice. The name fits this one it is a bit earthy tasting but hey if it comes from the earth it’s got to be good for you. Above is the ingredients before we ran them through the juicer. 
Here is the recipe:

Garden Green Juice

2 cups kale

2 cups cabbage

2 green apples

3 stalks celery

5 carrots 

1 cucumber

1 lemon

1 lime

1 handful of parsley

1 inch ginger root (peeled)

1 inch turmeric root (peeled)

Wash all ingredients and run through the juicer. Stir and serve up! All the fiber that your left with is great for chickens! They get all of our juicing scraps as this is beneficial for them and their eggs.

Today is an off day with our workout so I will be making another Juice here in a little bit. I will post that recipe along with both Juice benefits.
