Day 10 Mom & Dad Fit For Life Challenge

Yes! Day 10 and one of my favorite days on the workout.  This one gives me the workout pump that so many of us love!  It’s like the little mini hulk comes out of you on Chest and Tricep day.  Here is today’s workout and link:

Chest & Triceps:

Bench Press : 3 sets of 6-10 reps

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press : 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Chest Dip : 3 sets of As Many As Possible

Cable Crossover : 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Dumbbell Bench Press : 5 minute burn session

Skullcrusher : 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Two Arm Seated Dumbbell Extension : 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Cable Tricep Extension : 5 minute burn session

Sweet Spinach Surprise 


10 Carrots

3 Apples

3 Cups Spinach

Wash all ingredients Juice stir and serve!

Spinach is high in B Vitamins, as well as Vitamin A, C, and K. The Spinach Apple Carrot combination is also high in calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium. 

Juicing fresh vegetables is one of the best things that you can do for your body, along with regular exercise and a Whole Foods diet.  When you drink fresh fruits and vegetables the liquid delivers all of the nutrients of those ingredients to your system in a form that is easily and readily processed by your body.  You’ve got to feed your insides!
