Watermelon Juice

Cut up your watermelon and juice 1/4 of the watermelon if it’s a large one.

Watermelon is so amazingly good for you. You just can’t go wrong with it. Here are the health benefits of watermelon either in Juice form or simply just from eating it.

Watermelons are mostly water at about 92 percent, but this delicious fruit is loaded with nutrients. Each yummy bite contains significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, tons of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. There’s even a good amount of potassium. Plus it is fat-free, extremely low in sodium and has only 40 calories per cup. You just can’t go wrong with Watermelon juice!

Watermelon juice can help aid sore muscles from working out. It also helps protect the liver from toxins. It can help with kidney stones, high blood pressure and diabetes. It’s also great for helping to keep good prostate health.
