Today’s Workout 


10 Minute Warm-up:
Cheyenne did a jog on the treadmill 

I did this:

Jogged in place 3 min

Marched in place 2 min

50 jumping jacks 

Arm Circles forward then backwards 30 seconds each

Stretched legs and arms

Tuesday – Chest and Triceps

Chest Exercises 

Barbell Bench Press 4 sets 10, 8, 8, 6 reps

Incline Bench Press 3 sets 8, 8, 6 reps

Decline Bench Press 3 sets 8, 8, 6 reps

Dumbbell Flys 2 sets 10 reps

Dumbbell Pullover 2 sets 8 reps

Triceps Exercises

Tricep Extension 4 sets 10, 8, 8, 6 reps adding weight

Tricep Dip 3 sets 10 reps

Tricep Bench Dip 3 sets 8 reps

10 Minute Cool-Down:

Light jog to walk on treadmill 

Finished!!

We will post a juice recipe in a little bit!

Today’s meals:

Black Coffee 

Eggs, potatoes

Grapefruit Juice (recipe on Juice post)

Chicken/Salmon, brown rice, cilantro lime corn, watermelon and pineapple.
