Chest Day Workout 


10 Minute Warm-up:

Cheyenne did a jog on the treadmill 

I actually sat chest day out due to an injury so I supplemented on the treadmill today. I did a mix between brisk walking and light jogging for an hour.  I achieved 3 miles.

Chest Exercises 

Barbell Bench Press 4 sets 10, 8, 8, 6 reps

Incline Bench Press 3 sets 8, 8, 6 reps

Decline Bench Press 3 sets 8, 8, 6 reps

Dumbbell Flys 2 sets 10 reps

Dumbbell Pullover 2 sets 8 reps

Triceps Exercises

Tricep Extension 4 sets 10, 8, 8, 6 reps adding weight

Tricep Dip 3 sets 10 reps

Tricep Bench Dip 3 sets 8 reps

10 Minute Cool-Down:

Light jog to walk on treadmill
