They contain iron and vitamin C and can help prevent or treat urinary tract infections.
Carrots: The abundant vitamin A which is beta-carotene in carrots helps protect the eyes. Vitamin A also keeps the skin in good strong shape.
Oranges: They are packed with vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, vitamin A, thiamin, folate, potassium, fiber, proteins, copper, magnesium, flavonoids, hesperidin, and many other trace vitamins and minerals that make it one of the most nutrient-packed fruit available. They are known for helping to reduce signs of aging, boosting metabolism, protect against cancer, detoxify the body, boost cell repair, and reduce inflammation.
Blackberries: Their deep color is from high levels of anthocyanins which is a type of antioxidant phytonutrient that helps defend the body’s cells against free radicals. Blackberries are rich in vitamin C and also a phytonutrient called ellagic acid which both are major fighters against cancer.
