Leg Exercises 

Squats 5 sets of 10, 8, 8, 6, 4 reps

Leg Extension 3 sets of 12 reps

Leg Curl 3 sets of 12 reps

Calf Exercises 

Standing Calf Raise 4 sets of 12 reps
Seated calf Raise 2 sets of 12 reps

All finished now go see if you can sit on the toilet 😂! Leg day hurts so bad but feels so good!
