Zucchini Spaghetti 

A few weeks ago I posted our fresh Spaghetti recipe. This week instead of eggplant in place of noodles we made zucchini noodles! They were delicious! We also had a spinach salad with homemade balsamic dressing. Very simple to make, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2-4 cloves fresh garlic, 1 tsp raw honey, 1 tsp Dijon mustard and salt and pepper to taste. From start to finish this Spaghetti recipe takes roughly 40 minutes. This is the freshest Spaghetti one could eat!
