I loved my zucchini Spaghetti so much last night and had some left over zucchini so I thought I’d try another recipe! This as well is a raw recipe.
3 Zucchini’s (spiralized)
1 cup of fresh basil
8 tbs of walnuts or pine nuts (I used walnuts)
2/3 cups water (may need a little more depends on your preferred thickness)
4 tbs lemon juice (or more to your taste)
4 Cloves garlic (more if you’d like)
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to blender except noodles and tomatoes. Slice tomatoes in half and add to zucchini noodles. Then add avocado sauce to noodles and combine. Serve!
