Post Workout Grapefruit Smoothie

 

Just finished leg day and was craving a smoothie! Here is a great after workout recipe. It’s not to sweet but nice and filling.

Grapefruit Smoothie:

1 Grapefruit peeled

1 ripe Banana

Handful fresh Strawberries 

4 tbs Hemp protein powder

Almond Milk to your thickness 

Ice

Throw all ingredients into blender and blend! Stir and serve!
